About me
Qualified as an intergrative counsellor, a CBT therapist and clinical supervisor I feel I bring a wealth of skills and experience to support both clients and therapists alike.
Having intiially qualified as a counsellor in 2019 I have continued to develop, gaining further training over several years, including among others, a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and a Post Graduate Certificate where I focused specifally on narrative approaches and ethcs within therapy including working online.
Additionally my role as a lecturer helps keeps me connected with the latest developments in the field of therapy, ensuring that I offer the most relevant and up-to-date practices.
As someone who is Autistic and ADHD I am aware how both therapy and indeed supervision may need to be adapted for different neurotypes and with my knowledge in this area I am able to adapt my approach to suit.
